Head scan

First of all, we will scan the shape of your head on a 3D Structure sensor scan using a unique software. This will give us important data (such as the width and shape of your head, distance between the eyes and many more) that will help us design the optimal size and shape of your glasses.

Choosing colour and texture

The next step is solely in your hands. You can choose from up to 250 different colours, materials and motifs. It is only up to you whether your glasses will be made of a pure natural oak or will have a cheerful design with pink flamingos.

Trial printing

Using a laser-based SLA technology, we will make a test specimen of your glasses on the Formlabs printer.

Trying on

You will be able to try the test specimen of your glasses at our second face-to-face meeting. Together, we will fine-tune the size and all the details so that your glasses fit perfectly and are comfortable to wear.

Final printing

Based on all the information obtained, a final design of your glasses will be made and subsequently printed on the latest 3D industrial printer. The whole process will lead to the creation of a unique pair of glasses, in which you will feel more like yourself than ever before.
